Garden Fresh Salad for Dinner

Quick and simple salad for dinner.  If you recall I harvested a huge zucchini 2.5 lbs from our garden, well I got lazy and decided that some would go in a salad. I used a spiralizer for the zucchini and bell pepper to create visual fun.

Ingredients:
Zucchini
Kale leaves
Baby Spinach leaves
Chard leaves
Green Apples
Dried Cranberry
Red Onions
Celery
Red Bell Pepper
Carrots
Black Pepper
Sea Salt to taste
Tarragon herbs
Drizzle of  Extra Virgin Pure Olive Oil

Taste:
Not overly sweet tasting, lovely combination. I added baked rosemary chicken for my protein to complete my dinner.
