Spicy Baked Party Stewing Beef

I served this protein for  my son’s birthday party, I did not get to eat it (I typically don’t taste during cooking because I sometimes get negative alliesthesia), but I can assure you that it was a hit because friends finished it in record time!!

Ingredients:
Stewing beef (beef cubes)
Red Onions (finely diced)
Caribbean Chili (or your choice of chili -habenero etc; diced)
Garlic (finely diced)
2-3 tsp Olive Oil
Mustard Powder
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Nutmeg powder
Salt to taste

What you’ll need:
Aluminium baking foil
Baking Pan
Small mortar or spice mixing bowl
Zip-loc plastic bag

Preheat oven to 325 F.

What I did:

In the spice mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and taste to your preferred palate. Then I poured the dry spices into my gallon sized zip-loc bag, then I placed the cubed beef inside the bag, zipped up, and tossed until the meat was well coated. I added 2- 3 tsp of olive oil and placed the bag in the fridge to marinade for a few hours.

After some time marinading, I put the coated beef onto the baking pan covered with foil and put in the oven to bake. Duration is until done to your taste.

No photo to share because it was party fever and I forgot! It does taste great, I promise.

Enjoy! Until next time 🙂
