I like my savory dishes- *spicy spicy* , sometimes I can’t tolerate it myself but yet I still keep adding those habeneros! Naturally, I am growing it in my garden- Regular, Caribbean, and Ghost Chili (in order of hotness)
A dish that I use it in quite often is, Efo ( spinach stew). This is one of my favorite Nigerian dishes:Efo [ with cow feet and turkey] I had taken these photos years ago to share with a friend to show her basics of making Nigerian Efo.
