Ingredients:
Spaghetti Squash
Yellow bell pepper
Chanterelle mushroom
Carrots
Snap peas
Spring onions
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Vegetable bouillon

Hi Mary – Tried making Spaghetti squash for the first time tonight and it was a hit in my household. We also had it with prawns and whatever veggies I had at home. I look forward to trying it with chicken or even beef.

Great!! I am glad. The spaghetti squash keeps well in the refrigerator, so you can enjoy it for a few days if there are leftovers:)
