Banana Bread with Orange soaked Cherries

The cherries are not so visible in this slice. Essentially, I used my  LEMON DRIZZLE CAKE- left over OJ soaked cherries     
So you know, it had been soaking for some days! I used Mary Berry’s all in one recipe method  that I had previously used successfully for friend.

4 very ripe banana, mashed and soaked in my 1/4 cup orange-tart cherries mixture
260 g self-rising flour
100 g softened butter
2 eggs
175 fine bakers sugar (caster sugar)
1 tsp baking powder

Taste:
It was flowery sweet more than I anticipated, but I guess the combination of the very very ripe bananas with sugar present in the recipe- cherries and orange caused it. You can see how the bread retained a lot of the moisture.
