Too much asparagus in the fridge, actually I forgot that I had some at home and then bought more!! Yikes, lol.
Ingredients:
- 10 or more asparagus stalks (chopped)
- 3 celery stalks (chopped)
- 1 fennel stalk (chopped)
- Ginger
- 1 Sereno pepper (chopped)
You’ll need:
Blender, chopping board, and boiling pot
What I did:
I boiled all vegetables to soften them up and then blended the cooked vegetables. And it was ready! I did not use any cream but you may, if you want.
This was light and very delicious, the ginger was slight in the background. Very good for bread dip or meat accompaniment.
