This is a pictograph recipe. Any classic croissant recipe will work.
Technique is key.
Filling:
- Roasted whole Hazelnuts ( blended to powder)
- Pumpkin spice
- Pumpkin (used fresh whole pumpkin- pureed)
- Brown sugar (optional, not used in current recipe though)
