There was pumpkin puree leftover from croissant in the fridge- so the quickest way to get rid of it was use in smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 2 Gala Apples
- 2 Oranges
- 1/2 cup chopped Pineapple
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin puree (not canned product)
- Honey
- Ice cubes
Vary the amounts of ingredients to your liking.

Taste:
If you don’t like the taste of raw blended pumpkin,then this is not for you – or just exclude the pumpkin and keep everything else. The pumpkin was definitely a more prominent taste profile, surprisingly it was a home run for my little one. The taste and texture is almost like a mango smoothie with other ingredients included but not quite and instead you have the pumpkin. It seems I just have to give him a taste of everything- never know what he’ll like. Best served cold!!
