Almond-Grapefruit Smoothie

This was a fun smoothie and with the weather getting hotter, this is a perfect cold  non-dairy drink.

Ingredients:

I dabbled in pairs today.

  • 2 Gala Apple
  • 2 Mexican Mango
  • 2 very ripe Banana
  • 2 Grapefruit  [you may substitute with oranges if grapefruit is not your thing]
  • ~1/3 cup Raw Almonds
  • Agave sweetener

What you’ll need:

  • Very good blender ( I used Vitamix blender) or juicer for your grapefruit
  • Chopping board

Taste:

Peel and blend all together with a few tablespoon of water to help blend.  The grapefruit was prominent, and banana milk note at the end.
