- Flageolet beans (pre-soaked overnights, boiled)
- Lentil beans (cooked)
- Red onions (diced)
- Tomatoes (diced)
- Chickpeas ( cooked)
- Olive oil
- Black peppercorn
- Sea salt
- with slices of avocado on the side
