Pumpkin and Hazelnut Croissants

This is a pictograph recipe. Any classic croissant recipe will work.

Technique is key.


  • Roasted whole Hazelnuts ( blended to powder)
  • Pumpkin spice
  • Pumpkin (used fresh whole pumpkin- pureed)
  • Brown sugar (optional, not used in current recipe though)
