Starting with this simple salad…
- Seafood (Calamari, Prawns, Mussels, Scallops)
- Quinoa Blend ( Quinoa, Amaranth, Millet)
- Red Onion (diced)
- King Oyster mushroom (chopped)
- Candied Peel (Orange and Lemon Zest)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt to taste

- Saute pot
- Boiling pot
- Chopping board
What I did
The quinoa blend was cooked in water and set aside. The lightly seasoned seafood was sauteed in olive oil with onions and mushrooms, after which it was tossed with the quinoa and left to chill in the fridge.
