Heirloom Beef Pappardelle Stir-Fry

This has been seating in my folder for months. It was a quick add all ingredients and voila dinner is ready in 15-20 minutes!


  • Stewing beef
  • Worcestershire
  • Oxo beef bouillon
  • Kale (chopped)
  • Broccoli (chopped)
  • Red onion (diced)
  • Spring Onion (diced)
  • Heirloom tomato ( chopped)
  • Pappardelle pasta
  • Paprika
  • Ginger
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste

What you’ll need

  • Wok
  • Chopping board
  • Ladle

What I did

The beef was marinated with the oxo bouillon, paprika, Worcestershire and set aside.  Water was brought to boil and the pasta added, once cooked to desired texture it was drained out and set aside. In a wok, the seasoned beef was added to the heated oil and stir-fried briefly before adding the chopped vegetables with additional seasoning.  Then the pasta was added to the mix to soak up juice, stirred a few times and it was ready.
